About the Villa

"The house in Papayago Costa Rica is truly a private paradise for a restful vacation; with options to go swimming, surfing, hiking, golfing and exploring the nearby jungles. This location with its beautiful beaches and private beach club access, in connection with the Four Seasons hotel, says it all. The house itself is a fabulous 4 bedrooms, and its architectural design in the middle of nature is beyond your dreams. Located right on the 16th golf hole with spectacular views from every room is really a one of a kind experience; not to be missed especially with the attention to detail and its design style was surely for me an unforgettable experience."  (January 2010)

"Other than the obvious beauty of the architecture and furnishings, we were pleasantly surprised at how "liveable" the house was. The layout provided plenty of privacy for multiple families staying together. My favorite part of the house, definitely, was the outside living area and pool. It is not often you can hang out in an infinity pool looking through the rainforest at monkeys just steps away while watching stunning sunsets!"  (February 2010)

"The scale of the home is much bigger in person and sits beautifully nestled in the Costa Rican jungle of the 16th green. The house has incredible modern amenities and is perfectly situated for 2 families to enjoy the wonders of Central America. The beach club is spectacular with great food and fantastic service on the beach or poolside."  (May 2010)

"Our vacation at Villa Braheem was one of our best vacations ever.  We took Tim's advice and got out and saw the countryside.  The white water raft trip was spectacular; ziplining was a blast and the mud baths were so much fun.  Truly a fabulous trip.  Sharing this spectacular home with two families was great fun.  We found ourselves walking to the sunrise each day to hear the Howler Monkeys and enjoy the quiet beauty of the day.  We would highly recommend this as a favorite spot for any discriminative traveler."  (August 2010)

"I loved hiking the stairs each day at Prieta Beach as a part of my morning workout. Seeing the monkeys in the trees while I was on my hike was an amazing experience. Having a full gym, food and beverage service on the beach and access to all the activities made our stay a five-star experience."  (August 2010)
